Head Chef
- 5 years of professional kitchen experience, with strong expertise in Indian and Nepali cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP standards
Curry Chef
- In-depth knowledge of North Indian cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of HACCP standards
Tandoori Chef
- Expertise in traditional Indian tandoori dishes
- Creativity and passion for flavour development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a tandoor kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
Sommelier
- Certified Sommelier qualification (WSET Level 2 or 3, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of global wines and food pairings
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or Michelin-oriented restaurant
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Skilled in wine service, cellar management, and inventory control
- Passion for hospitality
Bartender
- Official Bartender Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputable hospitality venue
- Ability to craft classic and modern cocktails
Supervisor
- Social Hygiene certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Service Staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart, efficient, and guest-focused
- Experience in high-end horeca or fine dining
